MSA will inventory your current web structure, looking at ways to increase efficiency while keeping the structure simple and easy-to-use. We will evaluate your current content and optimize it in all ways possible, such as keeping content to a 1 to 1.5 vertical page limit to minimize scrolling. MSA will focus on sleek and refined design elements and navigation. MSA will consult with you and your team thought all phases of the design process. Design efforts will be innovative and consistent throughout all graphical and marketing elements. A unique design and consistent treatment, paying particular attention to the items mentioned above, will be provided. Content Transfer: MSA is also able to transfer your website's content for you. Our team will work with you to reevaluate the website's site map, i.e., the navigation and hierarchy of the sections and pages. Existing pages will be evaluated for intuitive accessibility and flow and, if possible, logically combined to alleviate any duplication, as required. Finally, MSA will be responsible for the migration of any content you wish to retain on the new site. Decision Support: Innovative Analysis to Improve Education MSA solutions empower schools to focus on the drivers of the educational success of students. Using statistical modeling techniques, MSA can help to determine the causal factors that drive student performance, focusing on factors that schools can influence: Can certain teaching methods result in better student performance? Do certain curricula result in higher achievement? Do students who have long bus rides score lower on high stakes tests than do students with shorter bus rides? In the past, "data analysis" solutions for K-12 educators too often focused simply on snapshots of data that summarized the state of achievement of certain groups of students at a single point in time. These tools may have provided comparisons among pre-determined groups of students and sometime simple statistics (standard deviations, means) were available as are query functions for subsets of student groups. However, using MSA's advanced technology, much more information is now available to provide valuable, actionable insights that explain why students excel or do not excel. Using MSA's systems, educators can now predict student performance based on student characteristics or other causal factors and can take actions, in advance, based on facts and data instead of opinions, assumptions and stereotypes.
